Waiting

"Waiting" ... for the attacks to end, the pain, the birth.
This bronze sculpture is my expression to honoring all women who have suffered domestic violence. I hope and pray that some day this will be a thing of the past. I hope more women will leave abusive men, and report them to law enforcement. In cultures where this is pervasive may enlightenment begin.

Esperando

"Esperando" ... para que los ataques terminen, el dolor, el nacimiento.
Esta escultura de bronce es mi expresión para honrar a todas las mujeres que han sufrido violencia doméstica.
Espero que algún día esto será cosa del pasado.
Espero que más mujeres dejen a los hombres abusivos y que los denuncien a la ley.
Esperemos que esto termine done esto es un acto cotidiano.
